Established as a testament to engineering excellence, the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Transportation at the University of Isfahan is a dynamic institution comprised of three innovative departments: Surveying and Geomatics Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Railway Engineering and Transportation Planning.

Evolution of Expertise: The faculty's rich history includes the establishment of the Department of Surveying and Geomatics Engineering in 1988, the Department of Civil Engineering in 2004, and the pioneering Faculty of Transportation Engineering in 2008. In 2016, a new chapter began with the merger of the Faculty of Transportation Engineering, the Department of Civil Engineering, and the Department of Surveying and Geomatics Engineering.
